Obstructing the Russian Cyber Attack Investigations
All 17 U.S. intelligence agencies have determined that the
cyber attacks on our election system were perpetrated by the Russians. Attacks
can only come from enemies. Therefore, the Russians are our enemies.
The Constitution says that “adhering to [the United States’]
enemies, giving them aid and comfort…” is one definition of treason.
At the present time we have obstruction and interference
with the investigations into the Russian cyber attacks. This aids and abets our
enemies, gives comfort to them, and encourages them to do more.
The logical conclusion is that interfering with the
investigations is a form of treason, even if that is not the intent of those
doing the interference.
