Electoral Process Reforms Needed
There are two major changes that can be made to our electoral process without constitutional amendments.
The electoral votes of each State should be apportioned according to the percentage of votes each presidential candidate receives.
Each State should create a nonpartisan congressional redistricting apportionment agency and eliminate gerrymandering.
To keep some states from trying to take advantage of the reforming states, once a majority of states have implemented these reforms, then those states not reforming will lose all leadership positions in Congress until they are in compliance.
