Neo-Cons and the Iraq War

The occupation of Iraq has been a chaotic and counterproductive and among its many consequences has been the deaths of over 600 American military personnel.
The planning for the occupation was incompetently done.
Many Pentagon officers have complained that the planning was not done through the normal channels. Career military officers and other knowledgeable analysts have informed us that the actual planning was done by the Pentagons Office of Special Plans. The OSP is staffed by Neo-Conservative ideologists under the aegis of Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz.
Given how badly the occupation of Iraq has gone, the question of performance must be raised.
How many staff members of the Office of Special Plans have been fired and how many have been given Unsatisfactory performance appraisals?
